Services Offered
Start with a free 20-minute strategy session where we discuss your wellness goals and decide together if coaching is a good fit. From there, schedule an intake session to establish the foundation for our work together. You have the option of scheduling individual sessions as you go or purchasing a discounted package. All sessions will take place remotely.
Intake Session
(55 minutes) | $95
Package of 6 Coaching Sessions
(30 minutes each) to use at your pace over a 3-month time frame | $360
Package of 12 Coaching Sessions
(30 minutes each) to use at your pace over a 6-month time frame | $650
Single Coaching Session
(45 minutes) | $75 (Ideal for prior clients in need of a ‘tune up’ or check in)
