About
Hi, I’m Stacy, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach based in the California Bay Area—and more importantly, someone who truly gets it. I’ve been a single mom of two boys for over a decade, doing it all on my own without family or friends nearby to help. It hasn’t been easy, and there have been moments when I felt completely broken and overwhelmed—and still do occasionally. But over the years, I’ve learned the importance of prioritizing both parenting and myself. After all, if I’m not taking care of my physical and emotional well-being, I can’t be my best self for my sons.
I’ve been through the ups and downs of gut issues, osteoporosis, menopause, and career burnout after spending over 20 years in the fast-paced corporate world of Human Resources and Workplace Wellness. That journey led me to make a life-changing decision: to put my health, my family, and my well-being first.
As a single mom, I know firsthand how important movement, the food we eat, sleep, and social connections are to maintaining balance. Without these, it’s hard to feel like the best version of ourselves, let alone the best parent we can be. I’m passionate about helping single moms take control of their wellness without sacrificing the things that matter most.
Navigating the world of health and wellness can feel overwhelming. We all want to feel our best, but figuring out where to begin isn’t always easy. Wellness touches every part of our lives, and it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. What works for someone else may not work for you—and that’s okay. I’m here to support you on your unique journey. You deserve to feel happy, energized, and balanced, and together, we’ll make that happen.

Fun Facts About Me:
I love traveling, especially to international and tropical destinations where I can swim in the ocean. Dark chocolate, sushi with my boys, and spending time outdoors are some of my favorite things. You can also find me reading in my hammock, watching movies, or volunteering at an animal shelter and women’s health center. I enjoy taking ceramic classes and staying active with hiking, Peloton rides, strength training, and mini trampoline jumping!
