About

Hi, I'm Stacy—a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach based in the Bay Area.

At 50, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. After a year of dedicated work, I improved my spinal bone density out of the osteoporotic range.

This diagnosis came after a challenging transition through menopause—a time when I struggled with sleep, anxiety, skin changes, and the unsettling feeling that I no longer recognized my own body. I felt frustrated, worried, and unsure of what to do next.

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, osteoporosis, woman who increased bone density to osteopenia, is post menopausal

That experience inspired me to help other women feel more informed, empowered, and supported as they navigate menopause and take steps toward stronger bones and better health.

I learned that meaningful change rarely comes from one quick fix. It comes from understanding what your body needs, taking consistent action, and building habits that support your health for the long term.

My own experience—and my earlier work in corporate HR and workplace wellness—has taught me how difficult it can be to prioritize your health when you’re managing stress, burnout, gut issues, work, and everyday responsibilities. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin and unsure where to begin.

I also know that progress is possible.

Today, I help women create practical, personalized strategies to feel stronger, more grounded, and more energized—not someday, but now.
