About
Hi, I'm Stacy—a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach based in the Bay Area. But more importantly, I'm a woman who's been exactly where you might be right now.
At 50, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Not osteopenia—full osteoporosis. And I was just on the other side of navigating menopause for many years: the sleep issues, anxiety, skin problems, the feeling that I didn’t know my body anymore. I felt frustrated and worried.
How did this happen and what was I supposed to do about it?
I refused to accept that this was just the midlife aging process. So I got to work. Through targeted strength training, strategic nutrition, and a whole lot of trial, error, and dedication, I've reversed most of my bone loss in a relatively short time. And on the other side of menopause now, I feel at ease in my body again—stable, energized, and free from the chaos of symptoms—I feel stronger than I did in my 40s.
That journey taught me something crucial: aging doesn't have to mean decline. But it does require intention. It requires putting yourself back on the list and building habits that actually support your body—not just managing symptoms or hoping things improve on their own.
For years, I worked in corporate HR and workplace wellness while navigating my own health challenges—gut issues, chronic stress, burnout, the whole package. I know what it's like to be stretched thin and unsure where to start. I also know what it takes to turn things around.
Now, I help women do the same. Because you deserve to feel strong, grounded, and energized—not someday, but now. And not just for everyone else in your life, but for yourself.
