About
Hi, I’m Stacy — a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach based in the Bay Area. But more importantly, I’m a woman who truly understands what it feels like to be stretched thin, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start when it comes to your own health.
For more than a decade, I’ve raised my two boys as a single mom without a built-in support system nearby. Between parenting, work, and life’s curveballs, I often put myself last—and there were times I felt completely depleted.
Like so many women, I’ve faced my own health challenges: moving through menopause, being diagnosed with osteoporosis at 50, navigating gut issues, and pushing through years of stress in a demanding corporate career in HR and workplace wellness. Those experiences became a turning point. I realized that real, lasting well-being doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from putting yourself back on the list and building habits that truly support your body and mind.
Through that journey, I discovered just how powerful it is to focus on movement, nourishment, rest, and meaningful connection. These aren’t luxuries—they’re the foundation of how we show up in our lives. When those pieces are missing, it’s nearly impossible to feel like the strongest version of yourself.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping other women—especially in midlife—reconnect with their health in ways that feel doable, supportive, and aligned with real life. Not at the expense of what matters most, but in service of it.
Because you deserve to feel strong, grounded, and energized—not just for those you love, but for yourself.

Fun Facts About Me:
I love traveling, especially to international and tropical destinations where I can swim in the ocean. Dark chocolate, sushi with my boys, and spending time outdoors are some of my favorite things. You can also find me reading in my hammock, watching movies, or volunteering at an animal shelter and women’s health center. I enjoy taking ceramic classes and staying active with hiking, Peloton rides, strength training, and mini trampoline jumping!
