Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
You're likely here because something shifted—and you noticed.
Maybe it's menopause. Maybe it's an osteoporosis diagnosis. Maybe it's just that nagging feeling that you need to take your strength and bone health more seriously before it's too late. Good news: you're not too late. You're right on time.
I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in personalized, one-on-one coaching for women navigating osteoporosis and menopause.
Depending on where you are and what you need most, we might work on:
Finding the right doctor or practitioner who actually listens and takes your concerns seriously
Getting the right lab tests (DEXA scans, vitamin D, calcium, hormones, etc.) and understanding what they mean
Navigating your results and building a clear action plan based on your specific numbers
Optimizing your nutrition — getting protein and calcium dialed in to support your bones
Building strength through movement that protects your bones and feels sustainable
Finding joy in movement — because consistency comes from actually enjoying what you do
No more Googling at midnight or second-guessing every choice. I'm your partner and guide—here to help you cut through the overwhelm and figure out what actually works for your body and your life.
Together, we'll build simple, sustainable habits that move the needle. Because you deserve to feel strong, capable, and confident at every age.
No more winging it. Let's get strategic.
We're not chasing perfection or quick fixes. We're building a foundation—literally. Through one-on-one coaching, we'll create a plan tailored to your life, your schedule, and your body's needs right now.
Think: strength training that doesn't intimidate you, nutrition that supports your bones without feeling restrictive, and habits you can actually maintain.
This isn't about adding stress. It's about finally having a clear path forward and someone in your corner who gets it.
How I can help
Most women already know what they "should" be doing. The real challenge? Actually doing it—and sticking with it when life gets messy.
That's where I come in.
This is a partnership built on accountability, clarity, and real support. Together we narrow in on goals that are important to you. I help you build the habits and routines that support success. No cookie-cutter plans. No all or nothing pressure. Just consistent, personalized coaching that meets you where you are.
Because lasting change doesn't come from perfection. It comes from showing up and having someone who helps you keep showing up.
“Stacy helped me reprioritize my needs and understand that I was only able to help others by helping myself. Working with her has given me a lot of confidence in advocating for my own needs and upholding my boundaries, and she has helped me take actionable steps to improve my health and wellness. Overall, I feel better after having a session with Stacy, and her way of both showing compassion and holding me to realistic boundaries for what I can truly stay committed to has been a game changer for my outlook and my work-life balance."
